We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success.
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales activities within their designated region, including developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and lead a high‑performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts for management, including sales performance, market trends, and potential challenges.
- Work with the regional manufacturer’s sales representatives, and factory direct sales teams supporting new business and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and inside sales and ensure cross-functional alignment towards achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the microwave components industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Capable of strategic planning and executing the tactical work to accomplish plan goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as necessary. 50% travel expected.
