As a **Security Professional - Unarmed Security Clearance** in **Huntsville, AL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to identify and report any security-related concerns.
+ Document and communicate any incidents or unusual occurrences to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
+ Assist with emergency response activities according to site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
