- Present and explain insurance products and coverage options that best fit each customers unique situation.
- Build strong relationships by providing personalized service and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure smooth transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- A motivated self-starter who is goal-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important!
