TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Therapist for travel assignments in various healthcare and mental health facilities. The Behavioral Therapist will provide mental health counseling, behavioral interventions, and therapeutic support to individuals dealing with emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address mental health disorders.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families on coping strategies, mental wellness, and treatment options .
- Travel to various facilities for temporary assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work .
- License: Valid state LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent license required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings.
- Skills: Strong communication, crisis intervention, and therapeutic counseling abilities.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments .
