Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and filling a variety of requestions from IT-focused (specialized) jobs to operations-based roles most typically found on U.S. Military Bases, the TA Sourcing Specialist will be expected to source for critical need, enterprise-wide requisitions.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist will focus on building internal relationships with hiring partners at all levels - recruiters, hiring managers and CGS Corporate Leaders, to support timely, compliant hiring outcomes.

The role of Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist is highly visible. To be a successful candidate, you will need to be a multi-dimensional, diverse sourcing partner providing support to all department leaders: from Talent Acquisition Management to our Corporate partners within the Executive Suite.

Your ability to deliver offer-ready talent to the team(s) is your overall target and the top success-defining measurement for this job.

Work Model: Onsite (Huntsville, AL).

Qualifications

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Proactively source passive and active candidates using advanced search techniques and market research.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for new and recurring roles across technical, professional, and skilled labor categories.
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and key Business Partners to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification. Timely reporting stats on all open requisitions assigned.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in iCIMS.
• Support workforce readiness and pre-contract pipeline initiatives.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent, professional communication.
