- Communicating with borrowers and Real Estate partners during the application process.
- Collect and Review pre-approval documents from the borrower for accuracy and completeness.
- Performing administrative tasks such as reviewing loan paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist with audits and examinations by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Manage Loan officer pipelines and confirm proper follow ups are being made.
- NMLS license required in either Georgia, Florida, or Alabama.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- 1 year mortgage industry experience minimum
- General computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of Atlanta real estate market.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-sufficiency skills as the position is 100% remote.
- Experience with Arive LOS software is a plus.
- 40 hours, flexible between 10 AM- 8 PM weekdays and few weekend hours as needed.
- Overtime eligible position.
- $20/hour.
- 10 bps commission for house leads that close.
This is a remote position.
