Position Summary
Step into a steady, full-time pharmacy role where your certification and compounding experience will be valued every day. Join a respected pharmacy environment in Daphne, Alabama supporting medication preparation, non-sterile compounding, and safe dispensing workflows in a clean, organized setting.
- Assist the pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies using appropriate techniques
- Support non-sterile compounding activities based on established procedures and supervision requirements
- Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to ensure accurate dosing and quantities
- Follow legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Help with inventory management (ordering, receiving, checking, storing medications and supplies)
- Maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy workspace and keep areas audit-ready
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the manager or Pharmacist in Charge
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to perform basic pharmaceutical calculations
- Ability to work on-site in Daphne, AL
Education & Experience
- Current Certified Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Compounding experience required (non-sterile; sterile experience not required)
