Fairfield Inn by Marriott Cullman is seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Register guests upon arrival
- Assign rooms and confirm reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Provide information to guests about the local area
- Collect payment from guests and keep track of occupied rooms
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Process operational needs and complete necessary reports
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Uphold quality standards and follow policy and procedure
- Ensure guests have a memorable and exceptional stay
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
