Allied Reliability is hiring a full custodial and grounds team for a facility in Foley, AL. We have multiple openings right now, full time and part time, each a temp to perm opportunity with a real path to a permanent role.

Scope:
- Clean restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas to a professional standard
- Grounds work including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and litter pickup
- Day porter and light maintenance support throughout the facility
- The supervisor role leads and schedules the custodial and landscaping crew
Required:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to show proof on your first day
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical work including standing, stooping, and climbing
- Steel toe or composite toe boots
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
- Valid driver license (required for the grounds, day porter, and supervisor roles)
- Cleaner roles are entry level friendly. Supervisor and grounds roles want 1 to 2 years of related experience
- The cleared role requires the ability to obtain and hold a security clearance
