Leading Architecture Firm is willing to pay what it takes plus benefits. First-year potential $85K+ for Licensed Architect! This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect (licensed preferred) looking for a well-established company to build a career.
The Architect will research and administer building projects, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems. Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans. Produce construction documents in AutoCAD and/or Revit. Work with the project team leader in preparing drawings and specs for the conceptual design phase, schematic design phase, and/or the detailed design phase of the project.
Familiar with all construction types, current building codes, and ADA regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect a plus. 2+ years of experience preferred.
Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5. Criminal/Drug screening.
