Repossession Lot Manager – Irvington, AL

We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working with both customers and field agents. This role involves managing the recovery lot, maintaining order, ensuring proper documentation, and keeping a clean, safe environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, enjoys working outdoors, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Self-starter with discipline to work independently.
High integrity, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to identify, document, and properly handle personal property; distinguish trash from valuables; and determine when items should be reported to authorities.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Able to interact with customers and coworkers professionally, respectfully, and calmly.
Strong ethical standards: treat people right, honor commitments, build trust, and uphold company values.
Good verbal communication skills.
Safety- and compliance-focused at all times.
Experience in military, law enforcement, or corrections is a plus.
Experience in towing, repossession, or commercial driving is a plus.
Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
Must remain drug-free and comply with regular testing.
Basic understanding of motor vehicles.
Comfortable using computers and mobile apps for documentation and communication.
