What You’ll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at THE BRICK OVEN, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and flavor. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver meals efficiently during busy service times.
- Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen position.
- The ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for great food.

****-MUST be able to work 3pm - 8(9)pm Tuesdays - Saturdays****
