PRN Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health
Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Mobile & Surrounding Areas
• Flexible scheduling — build your own caseload

• 1:1 patient care in the home setting
• Focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• No OASIS documentation
• Supportive team with real autonomy Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Complete evaluations and treatment visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on mobility, gait training, balance, and strengthening exercises
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete timely documentation Required Skills Qualifications
• Active Alabama Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
