Embark on a fulfilling part-time role where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can make a meaningful difference in a school environment. This contract opportunity is located near Uriah, AL, and is ideal for a BCBA eager to help establish best practices within a district that is introducing behavioral supports for the first time.
The district is actively seeking a dedicated BCBA to support the integration of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide the essential supervision and guidance needed for a successful program launch. This is your chance to collaborate closely with district leadership and play a cornerstone role as behavioral support services are developed from the ground up. A meeting with the director is scheduled for August 10th to discuss specific caseloads and further details.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience providing supervision to RBTs preferred
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and district administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a new program setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs within the district
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student and staff needs
- Attend meetings with administrators, including the August 10th planning session
- Deliver training and guidance on ABA principles
