Job Summary:
The Parking Manager will oversee all aspects of parking operations at the hotel, ensuring efficient and safe parking services for guests and staff. This role involves supervising parking staff, managing traffic flow, maintaining the parking facility, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, trains, and manages parking attendants, valet staff, and other team members.
- Schedules shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth parking operations.
- Monitors staff performance, provide coaching, and address disciplinary issues as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily parking operations, including valet services, self-parking areas, and traffic flow.
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize parking space utilization.
- Coordinates with hotel management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Addresses guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of the parking facility.
- Enforces parking policies, including time limits, fees, and restricted areas.
- Conducts regular inspections of parking equipment and arrange for maintenance or repairs as necessary.
- Monitors parking revenues, prepare reports, and collaborate with accounting on reconciliation.
- Develops and implements safety protocols to minimize risks for staff and guests.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in parking operations or a similar hospitality role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts.
- Capacity to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to operate different types of vehicles, including manual transmissions.
