**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors as needed.
+ Communicate professionally and promptly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or emergency personnel in the event of an incident or emergency.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Willingness to work in limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
