Job Title: Superintendent – OSP/ISP/Network

Location: Montgomery, AL

Work Type: On-site

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7 AM–4 PM (possible OT Fridays)

Employment Type: Contract (Long-term project with potential for advancement)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead large-scale data center construction and telecom projects in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the field operations, drive project success, and build a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple teams on-site, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability.
• Act as the senior liaison with client representatives and attend construction meetings.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members while maintaining a positive, productive culture.
• Perform quality checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage tools, inventory, and all project documentation (timesheets, work orders, change orders, etc.).

Team Structure:

• Superintendent → 4 Leads → 4 Crew Leads each → 5 Technicians per Crew Lead.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• 5+ years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proven ability to define projects, create scope, estimate costs, and manage tasks to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Familiarity with telecom tools (punch tools, crimp tools, volt-ohmmeter, continuity tester, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
