Database Administrator/Specialist and Software Developer AV company is looking for a Database Administrator/Specialist and Software Developer. Join a tight-knit team that maintains and grows a suite of web applications supporting our mission. Our stack today is built on .NET Framework, C#, Telerik, and SQL Server. We’re looking for an experienced developer who brings both strong database skills and the ability to contribute to our web applications when needed. Responsibilities Take the lead on complex SQL Server and Postgres design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Support effort to migrate and integrate data between SQL Server and Postgres environments. Contribute to our .NET MVC web applications (C#, Kendo/Telerik, front-end integrations). Work alongside a small team of developers in a collaborative environment. Help shape best practices for data access, schema design, and performance across our applications. Must Have 7-10 years of professional experience in software/database development. Strong knowledge of SQL Server schema design and optimization. Solid experience with Postgres, including performance tuning and cross-platform data considerations. Working knowledge in C# / .NET MVC web development. Comfort working in a small team where you may wear multiple hats. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex issues. Nice to have Experience with JavaScript.
