This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Manage risks, issues, and changes using appropriate tools and techniques
- Track project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across projects
- Facilitate meetings, including kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
