Responsibilities- Manage and supervise service department staff, including scheduling and training.

- Monitor service processes and workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies necessary for service operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in service management or a related automotive service role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
