Salary:

The Opportunity Center- Easter Seals is seeking passionate Floor Technicianto join our growing team at the Anniston Army Depot! This is a great opportunity for those who are new to janitorial work as training is provided.

Team members perform a variety of cleaning tasks with on-site Supervisor support. We are an inclusive and supportive group that takes pride in our work!

The Floor Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas, and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You will remove spots from carpets, perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning and dispose of trash. You will operate floor scrubbers, burnishers, canister vacuum cleaners, shop vacuums and pressure washers. You will wear adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with chemicals and equipment. Tobe successful in this role you will protect workers and visitors by keeping floors free from harmful microorganisms, and by being mindful of slip, trip and fall hazards. Preferred candidates are motivated, meticulous, and able to work with numerousinterruptions. FloorTech Responsibilities:

Location: Anniston Army Depot, Alabama

Schedule: M-F 6:30am-2:30pm, M-Th 6:30am-3:30pm

Wage:$15.00/hr.

Additional Compensation: Benefits covered 100%

Requirements:

• Customer-centric attitude
• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to read, write and speak English clearly
