Summary

Sales Associate will be tasked with being a key window contact to our automotive customer. Will conduct all basic sales functions for existing and new business acquisition, change point quotation, and annual price managements. Develops a thorough understanding of customers quotation system, organization chart, procedures, and line processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties may be assigned)

-Conducts Buyer/Purchasing specific customer meetings (onsite, face-to-face, and web)

- Supports in negotiating and securing timely payments for tooling, trial, and mass production costs per standard agreement terms.

- Preparation and/or presentation of cost summaries for management review and approval.

- Financial tracking of awarded programs.

- Responsible for the commercial launch of newly awarded business.

- Completion and submission of various OEM forms, surveys, and inquiries.

- Maintains Design Change Management activities inside Customer Portal.

- Meets with and supports other region sales for collaboration and strategic alignment (JPN/MEX).

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Skills: Written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Must be able to problem solve. (Identify issues, present and implement countermeasures)

Other Requirements: Limited travel is required
