We’re looking for a confident, motivated Real Estate Outreach Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll be connecting with homeowners over the phone, asking a few key questions, and helping us identify potential properties to purchase.

Job Overview

This is a phone-based role that involves outbound cold calling . You’ll be provided with lead lists, scripts, and all the tools you need to succeed. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, persistence, and the challenge of turning a cold lead into a warm opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using our provided lead lists

• Follow proven conversation scripts and gather property information

• Build quick rapport and keep accurate notes in our CRM

• Set appointments and forward qualified leads to the acquisitions team

• Stay consistent with daily and weekly calling goals

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate is a plus (not required)

• Must have a quiet workspace, headset, and stable internet connection
