Talent Acquisition Partner

Contract | Manufacturing Focus | High-Impact Recruiting

Our client, a local manufacturer with a significant staffing contract, is seeking a proven Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to build, sustain, and deliver a ready pipeline of skilled blue-collar talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands that great blue-collar recruiting requires white-glove strategy, speed, and relationship management.

The Contract

• Contract placement
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $20–$24 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Own

• Full life-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and skilled labor roles
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and securing top talent
• Building and maintaining a continuous pipeline of ready-to-work candidates
• Managing interview coordination and hiring timelines
• Acting as a liaison between internal departments and hiring managers
• Overseeing onboarding, compliance, background screening, and scheduling
• Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through start date

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial recruiting strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill blue-collar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Professional communication style with candidates, managers, and leadership
