**Program Manager** **Location- Red Arsenal, AL** **Clearance- TS/SCI w/ CI Poly** The FBI's Insider Threat Office is hiring a highly experienced **Program Manager** to lead a mission-critical analytical support team focused on safeguarding national security. This leadership role combines strategic program oversight, contractor management, and hands-on threat analysis-all aimed at detecting, deterring, and mitigating insider threats. **Program Leadership & Management** + Direct and manage the Insider Threat Analytical Support Program across cost and schedule benchmarks + Supervise contractor staff and address performance issues swiftly and professionally + Develop and enforce work standards and maintain quality control across deliverables + Author, review, and submit essential reports while clearly communicating team goals and agency policies + Implement corrective action plans within five business days when needed + Manage staffing transitions with full compliance, including resume submission for key personnel + Collaborate with government analysts on deliverables, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment **Analytical Oversight & Contribution** + Evaluate incoming data, reports, and collection initiatives for actionable insights + Lead specialized threat analysis based on intelligence conditions and trends + Navigate and extract key data from secure databases, then format for agency use + Produce advanced reports, briefings, summaries, and presentations for government stakeholders + Exercise expert-level judgment and critical thinking across complex problem sets + Present analytical findings directly to designated personnel + Provide hands-on analytical support as needed for mid- and senior-level initiatives **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree (substitution: 4 years of federal/military experience in relevant programs) + 10+ years of professional experience in administrative and analytical environments + 5+ years of leadership or program management experience + Prior work experience in national or operational security environments, especially within intelligence and analysis + Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Chrome + Ability to devise strategies for complex, ambiguous challenges + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams + Strong oral presentation skills, particularly with technical and analytical concepts + Proven writing ability for translating complex analysis into clear, actionable reports + Familiarity with performance standards and the ability to accomplish PWS objectives **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with security risk management principles + Operational experience in intelligence-driven environments + **Previous FBI agency experience is highly desired** This program requires US Citizenship **Position Details:** + Pay Rate / Range: **$45-50/hr** _The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions._ + Benefits (Regular, Full Time Employees): 1.
