(Mobile, AL): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a confidential client in the industrial supply industry.

Essential Duties:
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, shipping requests, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Transport materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated locations
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins by size, type, style, color, or product code
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for stock items and deliver to appropriate personnel or departments
• Assemble customer orders from stock and convey to packing or shipping area
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open and process incoming shipments (bales, crates, containers)
• Record amounts of material received or distributed
• Weigh or count materials for distribution and verify conformance to standards
• Operate computer systems to enter and maintain inventory data
• Prepare parcels for mailing and complete requisition forms for interdepartmental orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records

Requirements/Skills:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse experience
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills (ability to read simple instructions and perform basic arithmetic)
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions
• Experience with inventory software preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and initiative
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities
• Must be able to lift heavy items and follow safety procedures

Physical Requirements:
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear
• Frequently required to sit, climb, or balance
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, frequently up to 100 lbs, and occasionally more than 100 lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions
• Noise level is generally moderate
