Welcome to Aqua-Tots Swim Schools! We are on a mission to save lives by teaching children all over the world how to become safe and confident swimmers for life.
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping families? Join us as a Family Experience Teammate , where you’ll provide exceptional service, build relationships, and create a welcoming environment for every family.
What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate:
- Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide families through their journey: Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise.
- Promote the Aqua-Tots experience: Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills.
- Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience.
- Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences.
- Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families.
- Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Ability to routinley lift more than 60lbs
- CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be elgible to work in the United states

What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service skills: Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or administration.
- Child-focused experience: Babysitting, teaching, coaching, or other roles involving children.
- Problem-solving ability: Comfort addressing customer inquiries and finding effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional interactions with families and teammates.
- Team-oriented mindset: A willingness to collaborate, help others, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Passion for making an impact: A genuine desire to support families and teach water safety.
