What You Do
- Processes daily work and ensures consistent workflow.
- Monitors Traffic Exception report; Sorts and routes all outbound orders.
- Processes all standard orders; Processes a portion of customer-routed orders.
- Bill of Lading (BOL) generation for outbound shipments.
- Updates Carrier, ETD and BOL information into Syspro and Datascope.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Some college strongly preferred;
- One or more years of experience in customer service or administrative support required; One or more years of experience with inventory, logistics, and procurement required;
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required;
- Strong computer and organizational skills; ERP Systems experience strongly preferred;
- Ability to multi-task and evaluate processes and systems for improvement;
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
