Seasonal Client Support Associate

This role supports marketing efforts by combining administrative responsibilities with creative tasks aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads. This individual serves as the "boots on the ground," promoting the brand through local, in-person community engagement while sourcing and connecting with potential clients. Responsibilities may include posting flyers, making phone calls, and attending networking events as needed.

In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. What you need:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
