The Opportunity

We’re seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist (DACVIM/DECVIM) who is passionate about solving complex cases and supporting general practitioners.

As a Clinical Consulting Specialist, you’ll partner directly with GP veterinarians—providing expert guidance, strengthening case management, and helping patients receive advanced care without always requiring referral.

This role is ideal for someone who loves internal medicine, education and is looking to move into a high-impact, collaborative, remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialist-level consultation on a wide range of internal medicine cases
• Review diagnostics and develop clear, actionable treatment plans
• Support interpretation of lab work and clinical data
• Guide long-term management of complex and chronic conditions
• Mentor and educate GP veterinarians
• Participate in regional travel for educational visits and relationship-building
• Collaborate with a fast-growing, highly engaged clinical team

What You Bring

• DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Internal Medicine (DACVIM or DECVIM)
• Passion for mentorship, education, and collaborative medicine
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfort with technology and remote communication tools
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%

Work Environment

• Fully remote, 5-day work week
• Requires a professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to work independently while staying highly engaged with a distributed team
