Java Full Stack Developer

**About the Role** We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves leading technical design and development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. If you're passionate about backend development, distributed systems, and full stack technologies, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** + Analyze requirements and design end-to-end technical solutions. + Lead development efforts and guide team members in implementing scalable applications. + Write clean, efficient, and optimized code adhering to best practices. + Communicate technical status and updates to project stakeholders. + Conduct peer code reviews and collaborate with architects. + Support QA, UAT, and production deployments. + Develop unit tests and ensure code coverage meets standards. + Maintain high standards of software quality and performance. + Stay current with emerging technologies and development methodologies. **Must-Have Skills** + Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms. + Expertise in Java backend development using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/Spring JPA. + Experience with REST APIs, multi-threading, and memory management. + Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture. + Hands-on experience with React and Ruby on Rails is a plus. + Ability to write optimized and maintainable code. **Good to Have** + Experience in E-commerce or Payment domains. + Background in high-end technology product development environments. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until Aug 7 th , 2025. The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
