- Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- Active Alabama RN license or Compact RN license (No temporary licenses accepted)
- NURSYS verification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; candidates with 18 months experience may be considered if working at the highest professional license level
- At least 1 year of experience in MS/Tele or general surgery nursing
