Job Summary:

As the Chef Manager, you will coordinate all daily foodservice operations, build and develop a team of employees, manage client relationships, drive account profitability, and champion talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client
• Create nutritious and high-quality menu recipes
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Catering experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication
• Financial skill and intuition for business
