Job Summary

The Program Manager (Senior - Call Order Lead) is responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact and driving projects from initial concept to successful implementation. This role involves extensive interaction with stakeholders across various departments, including end-users, computer services, and client services. The Program Manager defines project scope and objectives, develops comprehensive project plans, manages resources, tracks progress, and ensures adherence to quality standards. This role also entails managing vendor integration, providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team, and proactively addressing project challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and acts as a single point of contact for those projects

• Takes projects from the original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including end-users, computer services, and client services

• Defines project scope and objectives.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education

• Education should be consistent with experience. Relevant experience and professional certifications can outweigh the need for a formal college degree

Required Years of Experience

• 8 years of relevant professional work experience

Required Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, etc.

• Fully Adjudicated Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance or greater Splunk Enterprise Security
• Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, etc.

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
