Team Leader – Hot Stamp / Press Operations / Stamping

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional ready to lead a team on the front lines of automotive production? We’re looking for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our Hot Stamp and Press Operations Department — where precision, quality, and teamwork drive everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

• This position is for 2 ND SHIFT!
• Lead a team of operators in hot stamping and press line operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Oversee equipment setups, changeovers, and production flow to keep the line running smoothly.
• Partner with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and training to your team — building a culture of accountability and growth.
• Monitor part quality and ensure compliance with automotive standards.
• Maintain shift reports, track metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in automotive manufacturing strongly preferred — preferably within hot stamping, press operations, or stamping environments .
• Team leadership or lead experience (Team Lead, Line Lead, Group Leader, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of press operations, tooling, and quality processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay range is between $21-$25.00 per hour with a shift differential
