Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager / Senior Analyst to provide comprehensive leadership and analytical support for a government customer in Redstone Arsenal, AL. This role requires an experienced professional to oversee contractor staff, collaborate closely with government analysts, and ensure mission-critical deliverables and operations are executed with precision and excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage contractor personnel, addressing staffing issues and ensuring continuous operational coverage in all critical mission areas.
- Collaborate with government analysts to define, produce, and deliver timely reports and mission products.
- Review and assess incoming intelligence reports, collection plans, and operational programs.
- Perform detailed data analysis, interpret trends, and project implications based on historical and current intelligence.
- Conduct specialized research and deliver tailored threat assessments aligned with government priorities.
- Access and analyze data from designated automated and classified systems to support analytical tasks.
- Prepare technical reports, briefings, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex problem sets and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience applying administrative principles and practices.
- At least 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or program management experience .
- Demonstrated success working within national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains.
- Skilled in evaluating and developing methods to fulfill performance work statement (PWS) objectives.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based applications such as Google Chrome.
- Ability to develop innovative methodologies for complex or undefined challenges.
- Effective communication skills across all levels, with the ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.
- Understanding of security risk management concepts.
- Previous experience in intelligence-driven operational environments.
