Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily involving automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly mileages of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
