**Job Title:** Framing Carpenter **Pay:** 28-35/hr **Job Description:** Seeking a Framing Carpenter with at least 5 years of experience of multi-family builds or residential additions/ remodels. **Responsibilities:** - Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints accurately - Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials - Assemble and install framework for structures, including walls, floors, and doorframes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination on construction projects - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition - Identify and address potential issues to ensure project timelines are met **Lead Responsibilities:** - Coach, coordinate, and lead crew in work processes and activities in a production environment. - Assign work to employees, based on material or worker abilities of specific tasks. - Evaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specifications. - Inspect equipment or tools to be used in construction, monitor, and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followed. - Provide plant manager with regular updates regarding crew member attendance, performance, and crew production construction KPIs. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years experience of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new construction, additions,or remodels - Ability to read blueprints; and knowledge of electrical applications - Ability to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player **Worksite Location:** - Albertville MN **Benefits:** - Start-up opportunity in a brand new 180,000 square ft facility - 4 10/hr day schedule - PTO/Holiday, 401k plus match - Opportunity to grow and mentor a team - Brand new company-supplied tools **Environment:** - Two Shifts available: o Monday - Thursday | 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (optional OT Friday) x 1 o Monday - Thursday | 4:00 pm-2:00 am (optional OT Friday) x 1 - This is an on-site Carpentry opportunity.
