The Company

TRM Innovative Hearth Products is the buyout of several companies that have been merged throughout the years including but not limited to Fireplace Manufacturers Inc., (FMI), and Lennox Industries Hearth Division. The aggregate company included rollups of Marco; Superior Fireplace, which began in the 1930s; stove and insert companies including Country Stoves, established in 1977. FMI, a subsidiary of Desa, rolled up Design Dynamics in vented and vent-free logs in the early 2003 timeframe. Subsequently, the management team from the FMI segment of Desa acquired the assets of their division in 2008. On January of 2023 TRM Equity groups completely purchased IHP and created TRM Innovative Hearth Products.

Job Title: RV Facilities Support

Job Description:The Facilities Support will be responsible for performs daily facility operations responsibilities to assist the Facility Manager and professional staff members such as, supervising the set-up/teardown of informal recreation activities, reservations and events, complete facility walkthroughs. Facility Support position will assist with maintaining a safe and enjoyable facility environment, while serving as the first point of contact for patrons and access control for the facility. The RV Facilities Support behavior that supports IHP values.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to facility related requests and inquiries.
• Perform building maintenance tasks such as snow shoveling, lamp replacement, clean ups.
• Maintain essential systems like plumbing and lighting.
• Clean all common areas and restrooms.
• Attend to the grounds, maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance to entryways and outdoor areas.
• Inventory of supplies and goods, delivering reorder requests to the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience with facilities maintenance, especially plumbing and HVAC.
• Experience or certification as an electrician (preferred).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.

Language Ability:

Position requires fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
