As a Seasonal Outside Service Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, exceptional golfing experience. From greeting guests and assisting with golf carts to providing outstanding customer service, your role will help create memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit.
• Golf Cart Operations: Inspect and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are in working order and ready for use.
• Course Setup & Maintenance: Assist with setting up carts for daily play and tournaments, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the carts.
• Bag Handling & Club Care: Help golfers load/unload bags and offer club cleaning after play.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain the appearance of the clubhouse, cart staging, and bag drop areas.
• Customer Service Excellence: Exceed guest expectations by providing superior service and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
