**Job Title: Carpenter**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Carpenter, where you will play a vital role in new construction and home builds. You will be responsible for demos, installs, and repairs of cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, and islands. Your expertise will be essential in following tapes, drawings, and build plans to successfully complete each project.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform demos, installs, and repairs of cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, and islands in new homes.
+ Follow tapes, drawings, and build plans for each project.
+ Install and build necessary structures as per project requirements.
+ Use hand and power tools for various carpentry tasks.
+ Perform framing, drywall, and sheetrock work.
+ Install walls, windows, doors, and other items.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-6 years of experience in commercial and construction field doing carpentry or finish carpentry work.
+ 2-6 years of experience with framing, drywall, and sheetrock.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Experience with demolition and installation work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2-6 years of experience doing finishing carpentry or concrete slab/foundation work.
+ 2-6 years of experience installing pieces/appliances/builds in a new home or office.
+ 2-6 years of experience doing trim and touch-up work.
+ 2-6 years in the new build and new construction industry.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
