Manufacturing Supertintendent

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Superintendent to oversees and direct self‑perform manufacturing activities at project sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution.

In this key role, you will be accountable for schedule adherence, productivity, trade labor coordination, and quality standards while managing day‑to‑day field operations. Ensures all work is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and overall production objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce jobsite safety and EH&S programs, including development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
• Plan, sequence, and coordinate manufacturing work to meet project schedule, productivity, and quality targets
• Integrate manufacturing facility operations into the overall project schedule and monitor executed quantities and percent complete
• Drive production tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts using tools such as the Last Planner System (LPS)
• Manage trade labor by establishing production expectations, optimizing crew assignments, and supporting hiring, mentoring, and performance decisions
• Oversee installation quality and contract compliance through drawing review, constructability analysis, and field issue resolution
• Coordinate materials, procurement, and productivity planning while supporting bid reviews and escalating risks or constraints as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing self-performing work
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, and execution approaches
• Working knowledge of project scheduling, cost management, and interpretation of contract documents
• Strong expertise in environmental, health, and safety standards and practices
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Effective leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel as required and work in active, on‑site manufacturing and construction environments
