Salary: $15 Temporary General Laborer - Industrial Construction Site Job Summary:
We are hiring Temporary General Laborers to support a company completing an industrial building project in the area. This role involves hands-on work such as site cleanup, moving materials, assisting trades, and operating basic hand and power tools. If you enjoy physical work and a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to jump in and help a project reach the finish line. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general site cleanup, including sweeping, debris removal, and organizing materials
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with moving, staging, and distributing construction materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and responsibly
- Support skilled trades and supervisors with miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Complete other duties as assigned to help the project stay on schedule
- Previous general labor or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Safety-conscious with the ability to work in an active construction zone
