Compensation: $50,000-80,000, commensurate with experience

Job Summary:

BC Stone Homes, LLC is seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing Operations. This role serves as the backbone of our sales and marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless daily operations, efficient campaigns, and effective content creation. The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot power user who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to help optimize processes that directly impact company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Administration

• Act as the go-to HubSpot resource for Sales and other teams
• Troubleshoot workflows, maintain data integrity, and keep CRM processes optimized
• Support onboarding, training, and offboarding of staff and partners
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement

Marketing Campaign Management

• Execute and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Launch new campaigns and update existing ones with provided creative assets
• Monitor performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI

Website Administration

• Maintain and update website content, pricing, and options
• Implement improvements to enhance user experience and functionality
• Collaborate with team members on website optimization efforts

SEO Content Creation

• Write SEO-friendly blog posts to drive organic traffic and lead generation
• Track SEO metrics and adjust content strategy as needed
• Research keywords and topics relevant to our audience and business goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM (workflows, reporting, troubleshooting)
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail for managing website content
• Excellent grammar, writing, and communication skills
• SEO knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and suggest improvements
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
