**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a positive environment at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity and support security-related operations.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the retail mall to observe for any activity that may require intervention or documentation.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as directed during incidents or emergencies.
+ Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
+ Assist visitors and tenants by answering questions, providing directions, and offering general support as needed.
+ Promote a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all patrons, staff, and vendors within the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
