A local industrial facility in Bay Minette is hiring a dependable Crane Operator with experience operating carry deck and rough terrain cranes in construction or industrial environments. This is a temporary, day shift position (Monday–Saturday) with immediate openings and overtime potential.
If you have experience operating cranes, working safely on industrial job sites, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable project and start right away.
IMPORTANT: Applicants must have prior crane operating experience. NCCCO certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a 20-ton carry deck crane and/or 100–150 ton rough terrain crane
- Lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections before each shift
- Follow all site safety rules and company procedures
- Communicate with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors
Requirements:
- Experience operating carry deck and/or rough terrain cranes
- Experience in industrial or construction environments
- Strong understanding of crane safety procedures
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Must pass a drug screen
