High Volume-Experienced Bartenders at Baumhower's Victory Grille BVG Bartenders Bartenders - Make Up $150.00 in Tips per 3-4 hour shift Baumhower's Victory Grille restaurants and our teams are voted #1 in our markets year in and year out.
