Legal Assistant | Full-Time | Onsite We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join a collaborative legal team and provide high-level support to multiple attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and legal support. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents Manage calendars, deadlines, and case-related information Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders Assist with transcription, reporting, and document management Qualifications: 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal Experience supporting multiple attorneys Strong typing, transcription, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and legal filing procedures Civil litigation experience preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
