EACH 1 HELP ONE is one of America's fastest-growing independent courier delivery companies, and we are looking for independent drivers to partner with us in Homewood AL near Birmingham! We're seeking reliable, independent contractors to partner with us and earn extra income with your vehicle.

• Get Paid per package (Not the Hour): An estimated 8-hour route might take you 6 hours! On occasion, a route may take longer than estimated, but the pay remains the same
• Create your own schedule with no micro management
• Abiltiy to communicate any time away from making your deliveries.
• Dynamic Pay Offers: Earn typically $170+ per day. Pay is based on the specific route chosen, freight volume available, and price per parcel. Some parcels will pay more, while some parcels will pay less.
• Independence: You have the flexibility to be by yourself or partner with someone to assist you. Imagine just you and your favorite music, podcast, or audiobook while you earn.
• Variety of Routes: Choose the delivery zones that work for you.
• No CDL Required: Use your own vehicle to start earning. We welcome cars, minivans, SUVs, Jeeps, cargo/sprinters or pickup trucks (must have a covered bed).

How It Works:

• Apply: Complete your driver registration and onboarding.
• Show Interest: You'll know if routes are available before making the trip.
• Deliver: Pick up your packages, scan, and deliver them.
• Get Paid! Receive your earnings weekly.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Be at least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Contract is subject to a background check
• Have a valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Own a reliable vehicle with enough space to load packages
• Have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers when needed
• Safely transport and deliver packages, following all driving regulations
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 15+ lbs

Metro and Hub Information:

• Service Area: Delivering in Homewood, Birmingham, and surrounding areas.
• Pick-Up Location: All routes begin at our hub, located near Distribution Drive (full address will be presented after completed paperwork).
• Available Work Days: Monday - Sunday. (Heavy weekend availability... Your biggest opportunity to pick up freight routes)
