Our client needs an Executive Assistant with 5 + years of experience to provide a high-level administrative support to executives, handling day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and project coordination. Responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging travel, preparing reports, drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, and serving as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to anticipate executive needs while ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
